The Theresa Foundation will no longer be accepting Grant Applications for the 2011-2012 Year.

Please check our website as we hope to resume our Funding program in January 2013.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL GRANT APPLICATIONS:

Only written grant requests will be considered.
Please submit early enough to cover your expected needs.
Please type all proposals using the guidelines provided.
Answer all questions in the order listed.
Do not include any materials, other than those specifically requested at this time. (Listed on page five)
Please submit all materials at the same time.
Final decisions will be made by the Board of Directors with input from the Funding Panel.
Inquiries regarding the status of grant applications during the review process are discouraged.
