- Only written grant requests will be considered.
- Please submit early enough to cover your expected needs.
- Please type all proposals using the guidelines provided.
- Answer all questions in the order listed.
- Do not include any materials, other than those specifically requested at this time. (Listed on page five)
- Please submit all materials at the same time.
- Final decisions will be made by the Board of Directors with input from the Funding Panel.
- Inquiries regarding the status of grant applications during the review process are discouraged.
